How Volunteers Make It Possible for Us to Feed Local Utah Kids

On this National Volunteer Day, we take immense pride and joy in shining a spotlight on the unsung heroes behind the success of our USANA Foundation Kids Eat programs.

Today is a celebration of the spirit of volunteerism, and there’s no better occasion to honor the invaluable work of our remarkable volunteers who breathe life into our mission and even make it possible.

Within the heart of our organization, our volunteers stand as pillars of strength and compassion, embodying the essence of selfless service. The USANA Foundation Kids Eat program owes its impact and reach to these incredible individuals who devote their time, energy, and passion to ensure that no child in our community goes hungry.

Our delivery drivers, semi-truck food deliveries, night packs, food processing, and bag packing are all done by volunteers—we really couldn’t exist without their help!

Every day, these volunteers demonstrate an unwavering commitment to making a difference in the lives of children facing food insecurity. They are the driving force behind every meal packed, every bag delivered, and every smile brought to the faces of the young beneficiaries. Their dedication and enthusiasm create a ripple effect of positivity that resonates within each community we serve.

As we commemorate National Volunteer Day, it’s an honor to highlight the outstanding efforts of these volunteers. Their selflessness knows no bounds. Rain or shine, through challenges and triumphs, they quite literally deliver hope to children.

In particular, the USANA Foundation Kids Eat volunteers epitomize the true essence of generosity and empathy. Their involvement in our weekend program and our Holiday Bag Project showcases not just their willingness to lend a helping hand, but their commitment to ensuring that every child has access to nourishing food, especially during critical times when it matters the most.

Their contributions extend far beyond the physical act of packing and delivering food. They infuse hope, dignity, and a sense of belonging into the lives of these children, ensuring that they feel supported, valued, and empowered.

So, on this special day dedicated to honoring volunteers nationwide, we extend our deepest gratitude to our USANA Foundation Kids Eat volunteers!

Your tireless efforts, your unwavering dedication, and your compassion are the cornerstone of our mission. You are the unsung heroes who bring light and sustenance to the lives of those in need.

As we take a moment to recognize the invaluable role you play, we invite others to join us in serving the awesome kids along the Wasatch Front. Together, let’s continue to uplift and support our communities, embodying the spirit of giving and making a lasting difference in the lives of our children. Happy National Volunteer Day!
