For donors looking to make a greater impact, our funding model provides a unique opportunity to adopt a school. Adopting a school means that you would provide weekend bags of food for an entire school year. In addition, you would have the option to pack those bags on a regular basis. This connection is so beneficial, both for you and also to the school in knowing they have a specific family, corporation or foundation looking out for them and their students.
What does it take to adopt? It’s simple, we work with each school to determine how many children are in need of food on the weekend. We then multiply that over a 40 week school year. Finally, we match up potential sponsors with a specific school, one that matches their financial comfort, and create a connection between the two.
Donate any amount. Making a donation to a school of your choice helps them get closer to funding their weekend food program for the upcoming school year.
As part of USANA’s commitment to the Kids Eat program, they pay for all our administrative costs. This means 100% of what you donate provides for FOOD for kids!
